Delete your account

Two ways to remove your account and every production record stored with it.

If you still have the app

This is the quickest route and takes effect straight away.

Open Olive Oil Production Tracker and sign in, if you are not already.
Tap My Account.
Tap the ⋮ menu in the top right corner.
Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Your records are erased, your sign-in is revoked, and the app returns to the signed-out screen. Nothing is kept for later.

If you no longer have the app

Email us from the address you signed in with, so we can match the request to the right account, and we will delete it for you.

Send to contactus@eddedevelopment.com with the subject Delete my account, and include:

The email address you used to sign in
Whether you signed in with Google, Facebook or Apple

Email us to delete my account

We reply within 24 hours and complete deletions within 30 days, usually the same day.

What gets deleted

Every production record you saved — the year, the olive and oil weights, and any labour or grinding costs.
Your stored profile: name, email address and profile picture.
Your sign-in account itself, so the app no longer recognises you.

What is kept

Nothing. There is no archive and no partial retention. Residual copies in Google Firebase's routine backups fall away in the ordinary course of its retention, generally within 30 days, and are not accessible in the meantime.

Deleting your account does not close your Google, Facebook or Apple account — it only removes this app's access and the data held here. It also does not uninstall the app from your phone.

This is permanent

Deleted records cannot be recovered by us or by you. If you want to keep your harvest history, note it down or use the app's Share button to send yourself a copy before you delete.
